Conference participants include senior parliamentarians and officials from G8 and Eurasian countries as well as representatives from international organizations contributing to the development of national, regional and international HIV/AIDS policy.

Participants intend to draft and issue a communique that outlines concrete and realistic actions that can be carried out within the G8 framework and by national governments and international agencies.

The conference will take place at the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
